I purchased a 340 g package of strawberries from Metro in Georgetown Ontario.

I was really disappointed with the taste and texture of the berries. The appearance of the berries was nice and there were very few bruised. The texture was surprisingly bad. Not juicy or soft but almost mealy. Of the berries I’ve tried, there is only sourness or a lack of flavour. Not one of the 8 berries I tried held a sweet or fresh flavour.
