Mississippi Berries focuses on sustainable production practices to produce high quality strawberries for our family and yours.
Mississippi Berries is a subsidiary of RiverRun Farms owned by Andrew and Julie Dawson, and family. The farm, which has been in Julie's family since the 1820's, moved to the next generation in 2002 with a few acres of barley and 3 beef cows. Since that time Andrew and Julie have grown the farm operation to include corn, soybeans, wheat and of course, strawberries. The beef herd has grown as well to supply local restaurants, grocery stores and neighbours with grass fed beef.

At Mississippi Berries we produce June bearing strawberries which are typically available between mid-June to mid-July
Customers can check our website to book a time to pick their own strawberries or order a pre-picked basket. Strawberries are available at the berry patch or at the sales stand in the village of Balderson.
We have an interact machine at the berry patch as well as at the sales stand in Balderson that accepts all debit cards.
No, we ask our customers to keep their pets are home when coming to the berry patch to pick their own.
