• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups frozen vanilla yogurt, softened
  • 1 pkg. lemon jelly powder
  • 1-3/4 cups thawed whipped topping
  • 2-1/4 cups mixed fresh Ontario berries (sliced strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)



  1. Mix the graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of plastic wrap-lined 8-inch square pan. Freeze until ready to use.
  2. Beat the yogurt and dry jelly powder in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add whipped topping; mix well. Spoon over crust.
  3. Freeze for approximately 4 hours. Use plastic wrap to remove dessert from pan before cutting to serve. Top with fresh Ontario berries.
